FuelWithStef is committed to collecting, using, and disclosing personal information responsibly and only for the intended use it was collected for. FuelWithStef does not sell, disclose, or give any personal information about site visitors. FuelWithStef is able to provide nutritional data to a health care professionals involved in the clients' care (ex. family doctor, physiotherapist) if requested by the client.
We may disclose your personal information: (a) as necessary to provide services to you or other DC members; (b) to any governmental authority as part of an investigation to determine our compliance with any applicable law, rule or regulation (including privacy laws, rules and regulations); (c) in response to a court order, subpoena, discovery request or other lawful judicial or administrative proceeding; and (d) as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation.
Information submitted by clients on a voluntary basis is used for the purpose of providing you with information regarding FuelWithStef services, as well as those of advertising partners. Information from clients is only maintained as needed to fulfill the stated purpose.

FuelWithStef has taken steps to ensure all information received from our clients is as secure as possible against unauthorized access and use. Virtual sessions will take place on a telehealth platform secured by PIPEDA & PHIPAA regulations to protect your privacy. Although all appropriate measures will be taken to ensure your security and privacy, it is important to understand that Internet-associated activities are inherently at risk for a break of personal information (e.g. email communication).
